THE FAMILY ORGANIZATION PROGRAM

The following easy steps will set you on the path to successfully finding your ancestors!

1. We create a family organization for you or work with one that is already created
   
2. You provide us with the names, addresses, and phone numbers of immediate family members, brothers & sisters, aunts & uncles
   
3. KGS will mail out a customized letter (see attached example) and do a personalized follow up to explain to each family member how to participate. We will also provide individual monthly or quarterly billing notices, and track all payments for the organization.
   
4. KGS will manage your Family Organization Research budget for you, and do all of the coordination necessary. Any amount of contribution is welcome!
   
5. KGS will begin research once 50% of a project budget is reached (normal research projects are $1,000).
   
6. At the conclusion of each project, KGS will provide: Research Summary, Research Report, Research Calendar, Documents, Pedigree Charts, Family Group Sheets, and PAF database/disk. For LDS clients, we would add a TempleReady report, Submission disk and/or printed temple cards.
